WHAT DOES THE MEASUREMENTS ON PRODUCT PAGE MEAN?
All pieces are measured flat and un-stretched, please reference with your best fitted clothes for the most accurate measurements.
- Length: measured from the back neck vertically to the back hem/edge
- Bust: measured across the front armholes and times two
- Waist: measured across the front waist and times two
- Shoulder: measured across the front, at the top of the left armhole to the right armhole
- Sleeve: measured from the top of the armhole to the bottom of the cuff

Condition Details
WHAT DOES THE “XXX VINTAGE CONDITION” MEAN?
We use the condition chart from Vintage Fashion Guild to evaluate the conditions of our products. By using this standardised system, we can accurately communicate the condition of our vintage clothing to our customers. This ensures that you have all the information you need to make an informed purchase and feel confident in your vintage shopping experience with us.
- Pristine/Perfect/Mint - As new, with absolutely no flaws or wear.
- Excellent - Used, with no noticeable flaws.
- Very Good - Used, with minor flaws, no repairs needed.
- Good - Visible wear. Minor flaws and/or optional repairs needed.
- Fair - Numerous flaws, repairs needed, fragile.
- Poor - Extensive damage. For display or study only.

We use Canada Post for our shipping.

DO YOU OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING?
Yes, we do! Shippings are calculated automatically at the checkout. Select your delivery area to see the available shipping options at checkout.
DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY SHIPPING?
Yes, we do! For our Vancouver based clients, we offer same-day shipping for CAD$5.00, please place your order before 3 pm. Delivery times can be scheduled or it will be delivered before 5 pm.
I AM IN VANCOUVER, CAN I PICK UP IN PERSON?
Yes, you absolutely can! The pick up location is at our head office: 422 Richard Street, Suite 170, Vancouver, V6B 2Z4. You will receive an email to let you know that your order is ready for pick up, processing time is usually 1 business day. Be sure to bring a piece of ID with you for us to release the package.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Estimated delivery timeframe is displayed at the checkout when selecting shipping options.
For small accessories like scarves, we usually use Canada Post Registered Mail or Expedite Parcel.
- Local: 2 days / Regional: 3 days / National: 4 days
- USA: 2-3 days
- International: 4-7 days
For larger pieces like dresses and jackets, we use Canada Post Expedite Parcel or Tracked Small Packet.
- Local: 2 days / Regional: 3-5 days / National: 4-9 days
- USA: 4-7 days
- International: 6-10 days

I WANT TO PURCHASE SOMETHING AS A GIFT, CAN YOU SHIP THE GIFT DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?
For domestic clients, yes, we sure can. The package will not include any prices or receipts but a nicely wrapped gift and a pretty card. Please let us know this will be a gift upon placing the order, you can include any gift message as well.
For US and international clients, unfortunately, we are not able to mark the package value as gifts to avoid custom and duty charges that might occur at the border. You can purchase a gift card instead.
Order Cancellation
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We’re sorry to hear that! But we get it, sometimes it just happens.
Please contact us within 24 hours after your order placement and provide the following details if you wish to cancel:
- Order number
- Name and email
- Reason to cancel (optional)
All approved cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee charge, it will be deducted from the amount you have paid. The rest of the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
If you cancel beyond 24 hours of the order placement, it is now subject to the RETURN POLICY.
Exchange & Returns
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We’re sorry to hear the piece did not work out for you. Unfortunately, all transactions are considered final and we are not able to offer returns. If the piece sent to you was an error on our end, please get in touch with us and we will get it sorted right away.
DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGE?
We offer a 14-day exchange period for products. If you change your mind and want to exchange the item, please let us know which item you want to exchange so we can reserve it for you while waiting for the return of the original item. Once the exchanged item is on its way, you will receive an email notification with delivery information.
Please note that all items in the shop are unique and cannot be restocked. Some items cannot be exchanged, such as lingerie and swimwear, sale items, and gift cards. For more information, visit our Policy page or contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

The default currency is in CAD, Canadian Dollars.
However, you can change the country/region at the bottom left of the page.

Gift Wrapping
I WANT TO PURCHASE THE PIECE AS A GIFT, DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
Of course we do! Please add the gift wrapping in the basket and note which piece(s) you wish to be wrapped. We charge CAD$5.00 for up to 3 gift pieces.
