Refund policy
At The Granny Wardrobe, we have a final sale policy. This means that all sales are considered final and cannot be returned. However, we do offer exchanges, which you can learn more about below. If you happen to receive the wrong item, please reach out to us and we will handle the exchange promptly.
Damages
All of our products are carefully inspected before shipping. While we take great care to ensure their safe arrival, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during transit. If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery, take photos, and let us know right away so we can report the issue to Canada Post.
Exchanges
We offer a 14-day exchange period if you change your mind about a product and want to exchange it. Please note that since all items in the shop are unique, once an item is sold, it cannot be restocked. To ensure you get the item you want, please let me know which item you want to exchange so I can reserve it for you while waiting for the return of the original item.

I recommend using a tracked shipping service as I am not responsible for any lost items during transit. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back without a prior request for return. If you have any questions about returns, please do not hesitate to contact us at thegrannywardrobe@gmail.com.
Once the item is received and inspected, I will confirm and send you an email with an invoice or a refund confirmation for the difference, depending on the circumstances.*
- If the price of the exchanged item is higher than the current paid balance, you will receive an invoice for the difference plus shipping. If the difference is lower, it will be refunded via the original payment method minus shipping.
Once the exchanged item is on its way, you will receive an email notification containing delivery information.
Items That Cannot Be Exchanged
There are certain types of items that cannot be exchanged, including lingerie and swimwear, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Returns and Refunds
Once I've received and inspected your return/exchange item, I'll let you know if the refund (if applicable) has been processed. After processing, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 5 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note that I won't be able to refund you for the following:
- The original shipping fee
- Customs/duty charges
- Exchange shipping fee
