Shipping policy

The Granny Wardrobe is located in Vancouver, BC, Canada. If you're a local Vancouver resident, you can opt for same-day drop off for a fee, or pick up at the office for free. Otherwise, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Every order is given a final inspection before it is carefully packaged. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of purchase and shipped via Canada Post. A notification will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Service Details

• All orders are wrapped with acid-free ivory tissue paper and come with a care instruction card.
• Scarves are sent flat in a durable envelope with standard mail service, tracking number add-on is available at checkout.
• Clothes, hats and bags are sent in a waterproof Poly Mailer via Expedited Parcel service.
• Express shipping and add-on tracking number options are available at checkout.**

• Local pick up is also available at The Granny Wardrobe head office: 422 Richard Street, Suite 170, Vancouver, V6B 2Z4. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up, and processing time is usually 1 business day. Kindly bring a piece of ID with you for the front desk to release the package.
